View billing history and manage invoice information.
View Billing
In Settings > Subscription Management > Billing, you can view all historical billing records including plan upgrades and renewal charges. Each bill includes the amount, payment date, and status.
Invoice Management
The platform supports electronic invoices. Click the 'Generate Invoice' button on the corresponding billing entry, fill in the invoicing details (company name, tax ID, etc.), and the system will automatically generate and email the electronic invoice.
Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also request invoice-based payments or quarterly settlements — please contact our sales team for details.
