1. Service Overview

AEO Monitor Pro (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") provides AI search visibility monitoring, analysis, and optimization services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Each person is limited to one account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and must not share it with others
• If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us immediately

3. Plans & Payment

• The free trial period is 14 days; after the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan or stop using the service
• Payments are billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the platform's API or monitoring features
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Interfere with or damage the normal operation of the platform
• Collect other users' information without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

• The platform's software, design, and documentation are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of your brand data and content
• Analysis reports and recommendations generated through the platform may be used commercially by you

6. Data Ownership

• Your brand data, monitoring configurations, and exported reports belong to you
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services
• You may export or delete your data at any time

7. Disclaimers

• AI search monitoring data reflects AI responses at a specific point in time and may change
• Optimization recommendations provided by the platform are for reference only and do not guarantee specific results
• We are not responsible for the availability of third-party AI platforms

8. Termination

We may terminate your service under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment for 3 consecutive months
• You request account cancellation

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
