Create Your First Brand
Step-by-step guide to creating a brand and starting your AI search visibility monitoring journey.
Navigate to Brand Management
After logging in, click Brand Management in the left sidebar to access the brand list page. For new accounts, the page will display an empty state prompt.
Create a Brand
Click the 'New Brand' button in the top right corner. In the form, fill in: Brand Name (required — used for AI search matching), Website Domain (used to identify citation sources), Industry Category, and Description. Click 'Create Brand' when done.
Setup Best Practices
The brand name should match what users actually search for in AI queries. For example, if customers typically search 'Nike' rather than 'Nike Inc.', set the brand name to 'Nike'. For the website domain, enter just the main domain (e.g., nike.com) — the system will automatically match subdomains.
